To keep your nails healthy, it’s important to use the right removal method. Proper removal helps prevent damage to your nails.
There are different methods you can use depending on your preferences and the product you’re using.
One way to remove your nail products is with the soak-off method. With this method, you use Nail Polish Remover to dissolve the products on your nails. You can use either our soak-off clips or Remover Wraps for this.
When using Soak-Off Clips, you will need lint-free pads and Nail Polish Remover. Start by filing off the top coat with a 180/220 grit nail file. This step is essential, as the top coat seals in the remaining product and must be removed to allow it to dissolve properly.
TIP: We recommend applying cuticle oil to the skin around your nails before using the soak-off clips to help reduce the drying effect on the skin.
Once you have filed off your top coat, saturate a lint-free pad with Nail Polish Remover. Then place the saturated pad on the nail and secure the soak-off clips to keep it in place. Leave everything in place for approximately 10 minutes to allow the product to dissolve. Remove the clips and use a cuticle pusher to gently push away the loosened product. If you have delicate nails, we recommend using an orangewood stick instead to remove any loose product. If there is still any residue left, you can use a buffer to remove it. Finish by applying oil to the nails to nourish them.
When using Remover Wraps, you will need Nail Polish Remover. Start by filing off the top coat with a 180/220 grit nail file. This step is essential for the product to dissolve, as the top coat seals in the remaining product.

Once you have filed off the top coat, soak the pad on your Remover Wrap with Nail Polish Remover. Place the soaked pad on the nail and fold the foil around your finger so it stays securely in place. Leave it on for approximately 10 minutes to allow the product to dissolve. Remove your Remover Wraps and use a cuticle pusher to gently push away the loosened product. If you have sensitive nails, we recommend using an orangewood stick instead to remove the loosened product. If any residue remains, use a buffer to remove it. Finish by applying oil to the nails to nourish them.
When using Magic Remover, start by filing off the top coat with a 180/220 grit nail file. This step is essential, as the top coat seals and locks in the remaining product layers, preventing them from dissolving properly.
Once you have filed off the top coat, apply a thick, even layer of Magic Remover over the entire nail. Please note that the product must not come into contact with the skin, as this may cause an allergic reaction. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Remove the product with a cuticle pusher. If you have delicate nails, we recommend using an orangewood stick instead to gently remove any loosened product. If the product has not fully dissolved, apply another layer of Magic Remover and leave it on for 5 minutes the second time. Finish by wiping the nail with a lint-free pad soaked in cleanser. If there are still small traces of product left, you can use a buffer to remove them. Finish by applying oil to the nails to nourish them.
